This is a story about living your truth, embracing who you are and living the life you were meant to live. Whether you're gay or straight, a Christian or a non believer, you'll find relevance in Anthony's tale.

I have been a Christian most of my life and have struggled with being Gay all my life. This book was so honest and heart breakingly real. I really identified with his struggle and I think everyone should listen to or read this memoir.

In the late summer of a long-ago year, a killer arrived in a small city. His name was Alton Turner Blackwood, and in the space of a few months he brutally murdered four families. His savage spree ended only when he himself was killed by the last survivor of the last family, a 14-year-old boy. Half a continent away and two decades later, someone is murdering families again, re-creating in detail Blackwood’s crimes.

sadee poulsen says: "Koontz is back!"
    "One of his best."
    Overall

I love Dean Koontz books and some I like better than others. This one is one his best books. Get it!

    Overall

Ever since I read this book almost 20 years ago it has been my favorite book by Stephen King. For the past 6 years I have wanted to re-read it but haven't made the time to. I was so thrilled to find the audiobook. Even after 20 years this is still his best work in my opinion. Edward Hermann did a fantastic job narrating this book. It was a joy to listen to and I know I will enjoy listening to it over and over. I highly recommend this audiobook.

The story, composed entirely of letters written by the various characters to each other, tells of the Marquise de Merteuil and the Vicomte de Valmont, two rivals who use sex as a weapon to humiliate and degrade others, uncaring of those who face social ruin or whose hearts are broken. It depicts a decadent and corrupt aristocracy exposing the perversions of the so-called Ancien Regime. The relevance of this grew due to the ensuing the French Revolution.

    Overall

This is a great story. I highly enjoyed listening to the audiobook and the reader did a fantastic job. My only complaint is that this audiobook was adapted from cassette and there is a spot where you are told to turn the tape over. This should have been edited out. It seems that during this spot part of the text of the book was missed. For a moment I was confused. Because the audiobook was cheep and the reader so good, it can be over looked. If it wasn't for that I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4. Besides this I highly recommend this audiobook. It is worth the listen.

Witchcraft has recently been undergoing a huge popular revival, but does modern pagan witchcraft really bear any resemblance to its historical antecedents? The witch in history was a very different creature from her modern counterpart, and this book sets out to explore the historical background to the European witchcraft phenomenon.

"A brief look at the history of Witchcraft"
    Overall

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It is a brief look at the ideas and origins that created the witchcraft scare from the 13th to 17th centuries and helped fuel the mania that brought about the Witch Hunts from Europe to America.
The reader Brogan West does a good job telling the tale.
My only complaint is he makes one mistake and corrects it and this should have been edited out.
If your interested in this history I recommend this audiobook.

First published in 1865, these endearing tales of an imaginative child's dream world by Lewis Carroll, pen name for Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, are written with charming simplicity. While delighting children with a heroine who represents their own thoughts and feelings about growing up, the tale is appreciated by adults as a gentle satire on education, politics, literature, and Victorian life in general.

Perhaps the most famous vampire story of all time, and the most popular, Dracula is recreated in its entirety in this unabridged audio program. The story of Dracula has been retold and recreated many times in film and on the stage in the last 100 years. Yet, it is essentially a Victorian saga, an awesome tale of a thrillingly bloodthirsty vampire whose nocturnal atrocities embody the dark underside of an outwardly moralistic age.
