In A Short History of Nearly Everything, Bill Bryson takes his ultimate journey - into the most intriguing and consequential questions that science seeks to answer. It's a dazzling quest, as this insatiably curious writer attempts to understand everything that has transpired from the Big Bang to the rise of civilization.

Brilliantly compiled and wonderfully delivered. I think it works well in audio format.

The audio that shows how to get the job done and deliver results...whether you're running an entire company or in your first management job. Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan, who Jack Welch calls "a great practitioner and an insightful theorist," collaborate on a "compelling business story of 'how to get it done.'"

    "Worthless"
    Overall

Bossidy certaintly thinks highly of himself. After listening to this book, I do not think so highly of him. This is probably a good book for those in large corporations who have been promoted to their level of incompetency. However, it is not recommended for small business owners, or those with natural ambition or vision. For them, this book will hold nothing new.
