    Bossidy certaintly thinks highly of himself. After listening to this book, I do not think so highly of him. This is probably a good book for those in large corporations who have been promoted to their level of incompetency. However, it is not recommended for small business owners, or those with natural ambition or vision. For them, this book will hold nothing new.
