New York Times best-selling author Tracy Anne Warren is among the world’s most popular Regency romance novelists. She sweeps listeners to the Irish countryside for this saucy tale of deception. When Lady Jeannette Brantford is banished from her family’s estate in England, she encounters the dashing Darragh O’Brien. Too bad the common architect is well below her station.

What did you love best about The Wife Trap?

I loved the way Jeanette and Darragh sparred with each other in their game of wills.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Wife Trap?

When Jeanette drew a less than flattering picture of Darragh.

What about Bianca Amato’s performance did you like?

The way she could differentiate each of the voices. I love her English accent.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Does she or doesn't she? Only her husband knows for sure.

Felix Rivendale, the Marquess of Wrenworth, is The Ideal Gentleman, a man all men want to be and all women want to possess. Even Felix himself almost believes this golden image. But underneath is a damaged soul soothed only by public adulation.Louisa Cantwell needs to marry well to support her sisters. She does not, however, want Lord Wrenworth-though he seems inexplicably interested in her. She mistrusts his outward perfection, and the praise he garners everywhere he goes.

What did you love best about The Luckiest Lady in London?

The way the characters understood each other. Neither was what they appeared to be and they were the only ones who recognized it.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Louisa because she was the epitome of a plucky heroine.

Which character – as performed by Corrie James – was your favorite?

She performed all the characters flawlessly.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, then I wanted to start all over.

But when she disguises herself as courtesan to lure a handsome nobleman, she cannot anticipate the tender surprise destiny has in store….

What disappointed you about Intimate Deception?

An interesting premise ruined by poor story-telling. The author basically said the same thing over and over.

Has Intimate Deception turned you off from other books in this genre?

    Heavens no!

Did Sarah Coomes do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

She was just okay. Sometimes I couldn't tell who was speaking. Her males voices were weak.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Intimate Deception?

Quite a few. The author went on and on about how the hero was deceived. There was no tension in the story. Even the danger was boring and poorly developed.

    Any additional comments?

I would say pass on this book. It's a total waste of time.

The girl everybody loves to hate has returned to the town she'd sworn to leave behind forever. As the rich, spoiled princess of Parrish, Mississippi, Sugar Beth Carey had broken hearts, ruined friendships, and destroyed reputations. But 15 years have passed, now she's come home, broke, desperate, and too proud to show it.

What did you love best about Ain't She Sweet??

The witty dialogue. I laughed out loud quite a bit.

What did you like best about this story?

The chemistry between Sugar Beth and Colin.

What does Kate Flemming bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She is simply the best narrator I've ever heard. She makes the characters and the story come alive. She is the standard all others are measured by.

Who was the most memorable character of Ain't She Sweet? and why?

Sugar Beth because she had peaked in high school, but was working to redeem herself. She was strong and bold and wouldn't give up. I also liked Winnie who was finally claiming her power.

    Any additional comments?

Give this a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

  • The Tale of Despereaux

This is the story of Despereaux Tilling, a mouse in love with music, stories, and a princess named Pea. It is also the story of a rat called Roscuro, who lives in darkness but covets a world filled with light. And it is the story of Miggery Sow, a slow-witted serving girl with a simple, impossible wish. These characters are about to embark on a journey that will lead them down into a horrible dungeon, up into a glittering castle, and ultimately, into each other's lives.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Tale of Despereaux to be better than the print version?

The narrator's voice makes this book a pleasure to listen to.

Have you listened to any of Graeme Malcolm???s other performances before? How does this one compare?

His voice is like silk! He differentiates each character expertly. I think this narrator is the best I've ever heard. I would listen to him read the phone book.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I loved when someone finally asked Miggery Sow what she wanted.
