What did you love best about Tripwire?

It's constant movement forward. and not too many lead characters to keep up with .. well defined way of rendering each character.. good voice renderings..

Who was your favorite character and why?

Reacher of course. I purchased it for that reason..

What does Jonathan McClain bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

well thats hard to say. I enjoy reading too. I like the feel of the book in my hand.. they BOTH have their own perks.. listening and reading both. Sorry can't really comment on that.

    Any additional comments?

I prefer Reacher when he is not romantic.. lol.I like him more as a soldier than a lover.. but it does add some variety to the theme..

Oslo in November. The first snow of the season has fallen. A boy named Jonas wakes in the night to find his mother gone. Out his window, in the cold moonlight, he sees the snowman that inexplicably appeared in the yard earlier in the day. Around its neck is his mother’s pink scarf. Hole suspects a link between a menacing letter he’s received and the disappearance of Jonas’s mother - and of perhaps a dozen other women, all of whom went missing on the day of a first snowfall. As his investigation deepens, something else emerges: he is becoming a pawn....

What made the experience of listening to The Snowman the most enjoyable?

I am a great fan of the Harry Botch series and Connolly's recommendation of this writer made me explore this book. It is amazingly intense and kept me up most of the night.. wow. It is fairly sexually graphic not explicitly but it does add to the energy of the book in a positive way..

What other book might you compare The Snowman to and why?

Harry Botch and Sherlock Holmes I enjoy the avid mind and the power of the writer who includes feelings and descriptions in their work.. as a part of a prolific back drop to their writing .. all three of them too this in a way that does not bore me.. but moves the story along.

What does Robin Sachs bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The power of the rasping yet sexy voice. lol. The character innuendos and the renditions of his personal energy.. and power.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    Where stillness lies.

    Any additional comments?

I am so happy to find this series. I love the study of characters and the way it is so intensely woven. IT is a work of art. to be read and re-read

Would you consider the audio edition of On Dangerous Ground to be better than the print version?

    No. Both are good :)

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I would use less characters. and more movement of the story to be based more on intrigue. It read well. But it was more about mundane characters and events rather than an old plan that had gone down years ago.. somehow the story i felt was not one of his better one's

What about Michael Page’s performance did you like?

Oh he is amazing.. I love the way he emulates the females voices.... all parts of it was superb !!!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    Waiting to surface ...

I love his books . and the Irish influence it has. Truly fascinating work.

Four years ago, LAPD detective Harry Bosch was on a movie set, asking questions about the murder of a young production assistant, when an armored car arrived with $2 million cash for use in a heist scene. In a life-imitates-art firestorm, a gang of masked men converged on the delivery and robbed the armored car with guns blazing. The crime was never resolved, and the young woman's murder was in the stack of unsolved-case files Bosch carried home the night he left the LAPD.
