"LOVED LOVED LOVED this book"
I never read the print version so I can't compare
Had me laughing from the first chapter on---and the love scenes WOW just WOW
I always think giving the characters a voice gives them more life. I didn't read the print version, but I think that in this case I will always chose the audio over print
I found myself laughing on more than one occassion.
I really liked this book and have since put more titles from this author on my wish list.
"An ok read"
Probably not this book, I found it slow in the beginning and then rushed at the end.
ending seemed a little rushed
hmmm not sure
No, I kind of tuned out in parts
Although I wasn't captivated by this book I do love Vicki's "nerd" series so I thought I would give this one a try and I will probably try to read the others in this series just to see if they get better, but I think I will skip purchasing the audio and use my credits on other books.
"And he's back"
yes, I love this series and the books are really coming together nicely
The fact that Ethan and Merit are working together again the chemistry between the two characters are addicting.
She's Merit all the way. I was happy with her as a narrator.
Well I always laugh at Merit's snide remarks.
"Still a great series!"
Scottland witch hunt
the scene in the underground caves and the witches are slowly hunting them found me on the edge of my seat hoping they would hurry and pick up the pace.
Gilly will always be my favorite
yes I would say when MJ found the ghost of the witch's sister looking for her baby in the castle was kind of sad.
"Best ghost hunter out there"
spooky castle, treasure
I would say Gilly, his off the cuff remarks to MJ most of the time have me cracking up.
gives each of the characters life
yes, I found my self wanting to listen to this book during any free time that I had and finished it quickly only to dowload the next one in the series and listen to that one too.
I would recommend that you check out the previous titles in this series. Not because they aren't stand alone books all by themselves but the other books are also really good and you get a little bit more back ground on the characters.
"I love this author!!!"
I always enjoy the audio over the printed version because I can listen to it in the car while in traffic.
I think the back and forth between Tess and Sam was hysterical.
I liked how she included accents to the character it made Sam feel like a real person.
Tess
I recommend this story if your able to pick it up for free it's a good listen.
"Butt kicking with Merit!"
I will admit that I had already read this book in print, but couldn't resist adding it to my audio list to listen to it again in the car on my kindle.
Merit is my favorite character. How can you resist a college student made vampire (without her consent) made Sentinel. Challenges the big scary Master of the house when she's just two days old (vampire days that is).
she did a great job portraying Merit
The tension between Merit and Ethan.
I would Highly recommend this book to anyone who likes the girl to come out on top for a change ;D.
"Just Aweful!!!!!"
No No and NO
I have no idea! I couldn't even finish it I kept falling asleep listening to it
he didn't even seem to enjoy the story. He spoke in a monatone voice the entire time making the words just seem to drag on and on.
Just disappointment
I would only recommend this book to someone who has a hard time sleeping at night. No medication help needed just plug this in. Don't know what else to say just aweful and sadly I haven't been able to return it to get something else.
"Throw me a Bones!"
I wouldn't say better, but it is nice to have a voice behind the characters to give them life.
Cat is always my favorite character. She's stuburn, independent, and kicks butt.
she gives the character's life
there are both sad and funny parts in this story.
Although this book wasn't as strong as the others in this series it was still a good read. Even though I didn't feel there was as much Cat/Bones action in this story I'm glad that I read it.
"Two great stories for the price of one!"
How the author basically had two seperate stories under one cover was great.
I'd say having a woman in a strictly man only zone left some pretty funny moments in the stories.
I'd say Honey was my favorite character. I connected with her the most I guess because I'm just as suburn and independent as she is.
I did listen to it all in one sitting.
I like the story line of these two stories. I will deffinately put more books from this author into my wish list to find out what happens to the other brothers to see what woman will come along to tame the rest of men under one roof. :D
