In 1993, Marie Gesto disappeared after walking out of a supermarket. Harry Bosch worked the case but couldn't crack it, and the 22-year-old was never found. Now, more than a decade later, with the Gesto file still on his desk, Bosch gets a call from the district attorney. A man accused of two heinous murders is willing to come clean about several others, including the killing of Marie Gesto.

Troy Phelan is one of the richest men in the United States. He is also confined to a wheelchair and looking for a way to die. His heirs are circling like vultures. Nate O'Riley is a Washington litigator who's lived too hard, too fast, and he is emerging from his fourth stay in rehab; while Rachel Lane is a young woman who walked away from the modern world and went to live in the jungles of Brazil. In a story of legal suspense, their lives are forever altered by the secret of The Testament.

Grisham the former lawyer has done it again, writing a book about lawyers. Not a thriller but a very interesting and exiting book about choosing life and not choosing to live your life, and about being parents and the responsibility of that. It is a book most people will learn from and be wise of reading. Go a head and read it !
