"I found it very interesting!"
I enjoyed this book, I was afraid it would be a sort of enviro nut type of story, but the author does a decent job of keeping it logical aside from a few global warming references it was very educational. This is the type of book I wouldn't normal download but was glad I did, I will never look at apples and especially potatoes the same way.
"Learned a little, sort of expected different."
First, I had anticipated more in depth info in regards to oil comany profits etc.. how much they make per gallon etc..He just explores alternative forms of energy and how they will and will not work. I did enjoy some sections but towards the end when his big solution was to create a new government agency to handle our energy crisis, and comparing it the succesfull fed reserve I almost threw my mp3 player out the window. He blames politicians then claims they are the answer?
"Not what I was hoping for"
The first I don't know how many hours are basically about the evil Dick Cheney and Don Rumsfeld, and how great Jimmy Carter was. When he finally gets to Reagan he is very biased in that he very light touches on the pros and digs into the cons. I wish had read the reviews before purchasing.
