You don't have to be a genius to think like one. Michael J. Gelb, author of Thinking for a Change, reveals how any one of us can fulfill our own untapped potential by following the example of the greatest genius of all time, Leonardo da Vinci.

Jonas says: "I was looking for more."
"A Must Listen for the New Intellect"
    Overall

This book was very insightful. Before listening to this I only had the basic knowledge of da Vinci from school and a little bit of research on the web and now I feel I have a much firmer grasp on why he is such a powerful figure in our history. I would recommend this book for anyone =)

Bridging the gap between the world of science and the realm of the spiritual, Wallace, a pioneer of modern consciousness research, offers a practical and revolutionary method for exploring the mind that combines the keenest insights of contemporary physics and philosophers with the time-honored meditative traditions of Buddhism.

Michael says: "An exciting vision of a new science."
"Not for the average reader / listener"
    Overall

This book seems to have some really good content however, listening to it is painful and hard to follow unless you have some sort of formal scientific training or have really geeked out on your science vocabulary. Not for the average reader.

  • Punctuation Guide: 60 Minutes to Better Writing

    Story

The author scopes out the project to assure the listener that this is not as challenging as they may fear. He states that there are only 13 punctuation marks in English, and only three are truly troublesome: the sentence bridges which include the comma, colon, and semi-colon. As the author suggests, you should focus on the tracks that really matter, the sentence bridges, and give less attention to the other 10.

Listeners can lead a rich life by working only four hours a week, freeing up the rest of their time to spend it living the lives they want.

Buy it, Listen to it, live it, love it. Everyone should be given a copy of this book at birth, there's nothing more that can be said.
