Rather wordy light fare but maybe I've been reading too many hard hitters in this genre.
Same characters, same plot - independent type woman and the man who may "manage" her. I didn't listen to more than 30% because it was BORING. These books have become long winded Harlequins. The JD Robb series is getting to be the same thing as well.
Stop writing the same thing over and over.
The narration was well done and even more so if the accent was acted and not original.
Sent it back and suggested the author find some new personalities and behaviors for the characters. There is a very good author who also teaches and writes about the art. He suggests throwing out at least one third of what a person writes before sending it to an editor.
