Lily Ellis has curves - soft, beautiful curves. The kind of voluptuous body she fears Travis Carson, the man she's always loved from afar, would never crave. But Lily is about to be proven wrong. Her adventure begins when the demure San Francisco interior decorator agrees to model a plus-size dress for her fashion designer sister. Watching this sensual beauty move down the runway, Travis can't believe it's the same Lily he's always known - and always rejected. In a whirlwind of electric attraction, Lily is soon moaning Travis's name in his bed, not just in her wild fantasies.

This was a good story I just wish they would'nt have made Lily such a martyr. She finally gets the love of her life but she can't accept the fact that he loves her no matter how many times he tells her.The "poor me" when it came to Lily was stretched out too long. I wish it would've ended with a little more pizzaz then they way it did, but it still was a good-erotic story.

Nova Reed used to have dreams - of becoming a famous drummer, of marrying her true love. But all of that was taken away in an instant. Now she's getting by as best she can, though sometimes that means doing things the old Nova would never do. Things that are slowly eating away at her spirit. Every day blends into the next...until she meets Quinton Carter. His intense, honey brown eyes instantly draw her in, and he looks just about as broken as she feels inside.

What disappointed you about Breaking Nova?

I was disappointed that Nova and Christen didn't make the connection together in the lake. There was such a work-up on the chemistry between the two and then the ending was very disappointing.

What do you think your next listen will be?

A love story with a happy ending and a great connection between the couples in the story.

What three words best describe Stephanie Willis and Jed Drummond ’s voice?

    Expressive, Smooth, Moderate

What character would you cut from Breaking Nova?

I would've cut Tristan from the book. He really had no purpose in the story. The book kept talking about how much he had a crush on Nova but you sure couldn't tell they by the way the story was written.

    Any additional comments?

There was so many good reviews about this book which is the reason why I choose this book based on the reviews. This book was the MOST depressing book that I have purchased from Audible and I very disappointed by the story and the outcome.

Eliza Smith has never been the one to seek a relationship. Eliza really gets to meet Gage Grendel - her former crush from high school and the lead singer of FireNine - and witness sides to him to which she'll begin to truly despise. She'll ignore him, she'll dislike his ways, she'll do anything to try and stay away from him until Gage finally gets her to slip up and give in.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Yes this was a book worth listening it but very disappointed that it dragged on so long before Gage and Liza hooked up. Plus they should've let the end up together in the end. Because of this I doubt that I will read the next book in this series.

If you’ve listened to books by S. Q. Williams before, how does this one compare?

Not listened to another. Books by sq Williams.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

Very Mundane narrator, not enough soul or spice in the reading. It makes the book drag and it doesn't pull you in like other romance stories do.

Was Who He Is worth the listening time?

Yes this was a book worth listening it but very disappointed that it dragged on so long before Gage and Liza hooked up. Plus they should've let the end up together in the end. Because of this I doubt that I will read the next book in this series.

Would you consider the audio edition of Some Like It Wild to be better than the print version?

The audio edition of this book was great. I love the humor that was part of this love story. I forget about writing reviews and then it's too late and I can never remember the story to write a good, honest review but this time I feel this story deserved a review before I moved onto my next book. I have not read the print edition.

What other book might you compare Some Like It Wild to and why?

Every book that I have read from M. Leighton has been right up my alley. I know when I buy one of Leighton's book it's going to be good, so I never hesitate to get one of his books as soon as they come out. This book was more than worth the money I paid. I cannot wait to purchase my next book written from Leighton. It's hard to compare this book to others because I am not good at that.

What does Amy McFadden and Nick Podehl bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Amy McFadden puts just the right emphasis in the story at the times it's needed the most, pulling you into the story so much you feel like you are right there. And I love the voice of Nick Podehl, he has that sexy, southern voice that makes you want to eat him right up.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Wild influence on innocent fun loving prey.

    Any additional comments?

I love the books, so I hope they keep coming from M. Leighton. I also love the fact that the books are at a reasonable price too. It seems that I have spent twice the money on other books and they aren't even half as good as Leighton's book.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

There needed to be more meat to the story. The story seemed to drag out too long and it was very boring. It definetly needed a better narrator, that's what made it such a drag to finish the book.

What was most disappointing about Colleen Hoover’s story?

It was disappointing that the story didn't go into more of the love-story between Ridge and Sydney.

How could the performance have been better?

It could have been better if there was more story to it than there was.

    Any additional comments?

This was a waste of credit for me and I hope this isn's a sign that the next-future books are as boring as this one was. I love to read more about the love affair and intamacy that two people have and this book just didn't have it for me.

With no running water or electricity in their home and no parents around to protect them, they quickly learned how to survive and depend only on each other. When a tragic accident took Mike away from Layton and the only other person that he ever let into his heart walked away from him, leaving his heart shattered, Layton focused all of his time and energy into the ranch he and his brother dreamed of.

What did you love best about Broken?

I loved the romance that Whitley and Layton had between each other. Once they got together the enduring love Layton had and showed for Whitley was so precious. I am glad I used my monthly credit for this book. I had been holding off because of the price but it was well worth the wait and credit.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Broken?

The most memorable moment was the first shower scene when Layton was so loving and caressing to Whitley. He took his time and showed her how much he really cared and loved her body.

    Which scene was your favorite?

The best scene was when Whitley showed Olivia up and surprised her when she really knew how to ride a horse and Olivia didn't think she could and was trying to make her look bad in front of Layton. I could not stand Olivia I was hoping something would've happened to Olivia in the story to her.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    City Girl meets County Honky-Tonk

    Any additional comments?

It has been a long time since I have read such a great love story as this was. The love between Layton and Whitley was so strong you could feel it throughout the whole story. I cannot wait to get another book written by Kelly Elliott. I would highly recommend this book if you love to read rooms to love stories. I hope the second book of this series comes out soon.

In the affluent town of Weslyn, Connecticut, where most people worry about what to be seen in and who to be seen with, Emma Thomas would rather not be seen at all. She’s more concerned with feigning perfection - pulling down her sleeves to conceal the bruises, not wanting anyone to know how far from perfect her life truly is. Without expecting it, she finds love. It challenges her to recognize her own worth - at the risk of revealing the terrible secret she’s desperate to hide.

Where does Reason to Breathe rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

4.75. I was addicted to this book, so much that I would stay up late to see what was going to happen next. I loved the love story of Emma & Evan. There is so much love from Evan for Emma that makes you wonder if there really is a person like him out there. It really pulls you in to hear all the pain and misery that Emma had to got thru from her Aunt Carol. I just wish she would've opened up more to Evan.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Evan was my favorite character in this story. The love he has for Emma is so precious and amazing. He is so sweet to her and is always wanting to protect her from everything.

What about Kate Rudd’s performance did you like?

Kate Rudd did an awesome job narrating the story. She did such a good job switching from one characters voice to another.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There were several parts in the story that moved me...it's hard to narrow it down to just one.

    Any additional comments?

This is a great story and will have you hanging on until the end. You have to read this book if you want to experience a real live story. I recommend it to everyone.

What did you love best about Come Away with Me?

I loved this Love Story. For once you don't have to wait until they make-up to get to the heart of the story like other books. It takes you through the the wonderful romance of the love between Natalie and Luke. It was so nice to read about thier love story and how happy they end up. I cannot wait until the next book, I am sure it will be hard to put down just like this book.
I would highly recommend this book if you love to read/listen to a woderful, romatic love story. Well worth every penney!! I wish there were more happy, upbeat, inspiriing love stories like this.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Natalie was so caring, understanding and the perfect person to have in this book. I loved her story about her parents and her background, it really pulls you into the book. I wish there were more love stories like this.

What about Jennifer Mack’s performance did you like?

Jennifer Mack is perfect for this book. She really knows how to set the pace and pull you into the story. It's rare to have such a good narrator as Jennifer.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The story was so out of touch with reality that it was hard to finish the book. It went to far with the restraints and it seemed as if Laura and Shane never connected long enough to make it last. Nothing like the past reviews I read about it...another disappointment.

Has Sweet Restraint turned you off from other books in this genre?

Not really as long as it is a little more realistic.

Would you be willing to try another one of Shirl Rae’s performances?

    No thank-you.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

What could Kresley Cole have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

A better storyline would have made this a better story. Such a let down.

Would you listen to Against the Ropes again? Why?

I would definitely listen to this book again. This was such a good book I couldn't put it down. The story line was romantic, exciting and not what I expected at all. Well worth every penny or credit you have.

What other book might you compare Against the Ropes to and why?

Bella Andre books are very close to the storyline in this book. So steamy, hot and kept you on the edge of your seat the whole time just like Bella's books.

Have you listened to any of Lucy Rivers’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have never listened to Lucy Rivers before but because of her excellent reading, this made the book for me. She knows exactly when to heighten the narration and when not to. This really makes a difference.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me cry when Max & Makayla split up when he left her in her bedroom alone.

    Any additional comments?

I normally don't praise a book this much but this book is well worth the credit and I am so glad I purchased it. I hope Sarah Castille writes more books like this one. I could not put it down because I didn't want to miss anything and I couldn't wait to hear what was next. I couldn't get enough. I want more please!!!
