Humanity now, perhaps more than in any previous time, has an opportunity to create a new, saner, more loving world. This will involve a radical inner leap from the current egoic consciousness to an entirely new one. In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are and learn to live and breathe freely.

The worst narration I have ever put myself through. Authors are not always the best readers of their own work. The concepts introduced are pretty deep and an occasional pause to allow them to sink in would seem to be called for. But the author blows through so quickly that you don't even realize when one chapter ends and another begins. Read the book, it's well worth your time. But don't buy the audio unless you can find it narrated by a professional.

One spectacular Christmas, Lady Perdita Selby, known to her friends and family as Poppy, met the man she thought she would love forever. The devilishly attractive Duke of Fletcher was the perfect match, and theirs was the most romantic wedding she had ever seen. But four years later, behind closed doors, the spark of their love affair has burned out. Unwilling to lose the woman he still lusts after, the duke is determined to win back his beguiling bride's delectable affections.

Where to start ... characters are unlikable - especially the heroine - and despite plodding through 40 odd chapters the plot failed to improve. Don't waste your credits.
