I listened to the first book again to get 'up to speed' as far as remembering the fine points. Started The Twelve with perhaps a little too much anticipation and was ready to move forward with the story. I truly was confused pretty much right off the bat but kept the faith that it would all come together. I kept leaving bread crumbs so I could find my way back to some organized story line but ran out about 1/3 of the way through. There were so many incredible places this story could of gone but it seemed like it just expanded in so many different directions and with so many characters it was hard to keep it all together!
I am a multi-listen person and often enjoy my audio books more the second time through and intend to listen again sometime. I hope that the third book has more of a unifying story line to it where there is fewer characters but more depth to their story.
History records no more gallant struggle than that of humanity against the truth.
Probably better in print version for visuals of documents.
...to look behind the curtain. Thank you to Jim Marrs for always making it worth my time and energy to peek behind the curtain and get a different perspective on what is going on around us. You don't have to buy the whole bag, but if you can't at least listen and admit that it is not only plausible but probable then you are fully assimilated...resistance is futile.
Made it alllll the way to where the main female character (...couldn't get past the voice to catch the name) met what i assume will be the main male...at that point the voice became so annoying I could not continue on...
Did anyone interview the narrator?
Good information for those who want details. In depth information about the wheat production and genetic modifications. Worth the listen!
Worth the money just to keep up on what Stephen is doing. Love that we visited the Clown a touch...that was the book that pulled me in to his twisted brain. Still like the flow of his thoughts and the twisted way he looks at things.
