    This is an important story. It is thoroughly investigated and well written. BUT, it is not s good audo book b/c of all the detail. Do yourself a favor -- clear your schedile, and settle in w/ a good old fashioned HARDCOPY.

    Story was thought provoking sometimes, but not consistent. This five year old could read and spell like a prodigy, but he had no social coping skills. I think the latter was the intended interest in the book, but to make him into a super reader (given his age and the lack of materials they would have had in Room), was a distraction to the story.

    I would have liked more input from the mother's point of view.
