The Art of Profitability reveals the invisible but important governing principles that can mean the difference between business failure and success. Each of the book's 23 chapters presents a lesson from the exuberant and always challenging master - and a profit paradigm that will open your mind to the many ways to make profit happen.

A great book for both experienced and beginner. As a business owner I frequently get caught up in the day to day decision process without a purpose. This book helped me refocus on the real goal, profit. A must read for any entrepeneur.

Dr. Francis Collins, head of the Human Genome Project, is one of the world's leading scientists, yet he is also a man of unshakable faith in God and scripture. Dr. Collins has resolved the dilemma that haunts everyone who believes in God and respects science. Faith in God and faith in science can be harmonious, not separately but together, combined into one worldview. For Collins, science does not conflict with the Bible, science enhances it.

Where God Was Born observes that at the birth moment of the biblical religions, all of the faiths took from one another, exchanged ideas, recognized their commonalities, and were open to peaceful coexistence. Offering a rare vision of God that can unite different faiths into a shared allegiance of hope, this is a brave, challenging, and profound work that addresses the most important issues of our time.

"A challenge of faith for monotheistics."
    Overall

The book was provocative, informative, and very interesting. Worthy reading if you can accept a challenge to your established beliefs. As a Christian, I believe the author's message would be embraced by John Paul or Mother Theresa. Seek and ye shall find.
