"What a waste of a credit"
After reading the Camel Club Trilogy by Baldacci, this pales in comparison to the degree that one would expect it to be in comic book form.
The character development is limited to hunky nick names like Bullet Bob. It has an evil dwarf who was abandoned as a child by his parents and was enslaved in a brothel where he was forced to perform unspeakable acts (the author does not tell us what these unspeakable acts actual were, just that they were unspeakable), the ex-military equivalents of those who flew over the coo coos nest and government officials who react to a terror attack like Homer Simpson.
The bald plot is so full of holes that there is no amount of suspension of disbelief that will keep you from rolling your eyes into spasm.
If you are a jingoistic uber-patriot, who is looking for a quick read while spending a weekend at a survivalists training seminar on torturing Islamic fanatics into submission, this book is for you.
Otherwise save your credits. Did I mention that I didn't like it?
