Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely! The story reminds us all that sometimes we paint someone in the present with the experiences of someone from our past without giving them a chance. It has a strong plot with characters that have love, strength and commitment to each other and their cause.

What other book might you compare Key of Valor to and why?

Unsure if I can really compare to anything else I've read where I felt so involved.

    Which scene was your favorite?

The scene where Zoe gets the empowered sword from the King of the Gods, charges and slays the evil god.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me proud to have been part (that's how it feels) of a quests with gods where the humans tip the scales to win.

Would you consider the audio edition of Face the Fire to be better than the print version?

I feel it was because I had read the book and found this like putting meat on the bones.

What other book might you compare Face the Fire to and why?

I'd compare it to "Red Lily" as it pulls you in and you keep looking for the next twist in the plot.

What does Sandra Burr bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I thought she brought it alive so that you could more clearly see the characters.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I say it was pretty close to wanting to listen to just a few more minutes to see how it would go.

    Any additional comments?

I'd like to think that these characters are like portrayed and living their lives out somewhere.

To Dana Steele, books and the knowledge they hold are the key to contentment. But now that search for knowledge must include the second key needed to release three souls held captive by an evil god.
