There is just something about Ayelet that I really like. Her honesty is so refreshing and thought provoking. I am mad that I moved away from my fantastic book-group in PA. I would've loved to have heard what they would have said about this book.
I know I will look at mothers differently after reading this.

I have listened to this book at least 15 times. I love it. Highly recommend it to anyone, interested in cooking or not. Great story, great writing, read by the Author! And great insights into how life unfolds and how you learn from it if you take the time to really look back with new perspective.

Over time I have become a Bethanny fan. I love her quick wit. Even if she has the humor of a 13 year old boy, I still kind of like her. But the best part of this book is how she inspires you to go out and make things happen in your own life. I came away thinking "if this airhead can do it, then so can I". Which is exactly what she wants the reader to take away from her book. So, in true NYC style, she throws herself under the bus to get her point across loud and clear.

Spoiler alert:
Good until she started talking about bending spoons.Guess I am not a Wayfinder or whatever she calls herself. I also don't like how she talks down to her readers when she admits to her daughter that her books are just one big extended mediphor and "Well people seem to like it and buy my books".
I did like her term, the every when, that is a cool term/concept.

The Work perfectly aligns with my beliefs and gives me the simple tools I was looking for to apply in real life situations. I can't stop talking about this book and have recommended it to all my friends. Fantastic!!

I really wanted to learn about this religion but instead the book just lists over and over again all the persecution suffered by the followers. I wanted to learn the teaching and beliefs not hear an account of their persecution. So mad I purchased this and listened to the whole book without gaining any of the information or introduction to the faith.

Just good clear instructions for every area. I like how he tells you everything you will need to gather before you even start the tasks. I always think the job is bigger than it really is. And his list of things I need to get started prove to me that the job is not what I have dreaded in my mind. It is catchy, once you start your momentum takes over and it is fun!

No real conclussions are ever drawn. Just a collection of stories. He is overly interested in women's issues: Menstruation, Breast Cancer even Hair Dye. His voice is very creepy too. I didn't enjoy Blink either because he just keeps tell the same story over and over again in different examples but never makes a point or draw any conclusion. You come away with nothing asking "So What? What's your point?"
