Would you try another book from Gillian Flynn and/or Julia Whelan and Kirby Heyborne ?

I would have to read ALL the reviews very carefully before I would read another book by Flynn. This had great ideas, but it was just so boring....like a bad FX TV show. The dialogue drops the F bomb so many times it becomes distracting.Getting to the end of the book was pure torture. The worst book I have read in years.

Has Gone Girl turned you off from other books in this genre?

No...but hopefully they won't have so many twists and turns....it made me dizzy. I love a good suspense novel.

The author gives an accurate unbiased look into life past and present along the US/Mexican border through a fictious story. I know people who live in border areas who have had similiar experiances. The narration is very slow, so I recommend to up the "speed button"
