It is a pretty good book and the reader is ok as far as the quality of her voice ect. however, I give 3 stars because she constantly SWALLOWS and you can hear her turning the pages! It is called quality control; they should try using it.
Are you kidding a big percentage of his informational sources were The Globe and The National Enquirer. What a wasted credit ... Falls short, very little of the book covers the time immediately leading to her death (less then 15 min of a 7 hr book) ... Falls short and written in a very mean sprit.
The performance ruins an other wise good book... For the price of this book it should have been a better production. If the reader could get her swallowing under control she would be pretty good.
I thought I would be able to get into this book but, It is pretty much the same K'wan story line. It was more about all the violence and ignorance in the hood rather than the process of a person losing a place to stay. This is not an accurate portrait of everyday life in the hood, rather a drastic exaggeration of the negative ... A REAL hood rat novel... I'm going to take a bath... lol
It is actually an OK listen but, at times very annoying because of the readers constant swallowing. If this production had been properly edited it would have been 5 stars.
