I've already listened to it twice. there is a lot of info packed into this short book.
Michael Matthews does a great job cutting through all the workout BS and getting down to the basics of lifting. As a beginner I found it a perfect resource. It could easily be titled, "Lifting 101." After reading this book you will have the knowledge you need to confidently pursue your fitness goals. I also have to mention that I emailed the author a question and he got back to me the same day. How many fitness experts will do that?
