This book has completely opened my eyes to what my wife and I have been doing wrong with our 3 children, and gives wonderful, real life examples of how to handle specific situations.
The author uses her own life's experiences and research while boiling down much of what is explained in other books by Carol Dweck, Csikszentmihalyi, and Viktor Frankl, into an easy to follow way of changing your outlook and improving you life. Great book!
Interesting to hear about his childhood years and his struggles.
Overall a good listen. I seem to have a problem staying focused on narrators with a British accent, but it wouldn't seem right otherwise.
It's amazing to me how much food is processed these days! Great information provided in a captivating format. You might think a book on nutrition could be boring, but not in this case. Scott Brick does a fabulous job emitting the emotions of the author.
