"Great story"
The love triangle keeps you hooked. I caught myself laughing a lot with the developing relationship between Edward and Jacob. It just keeps getting better and better. It is worth listening to the entire series. You will love them all. It is hard to pick a favorite. That goes for book and characters.
"I could see this book made into a movie"
This was such a great story. I enjoyed it all the way through and didnt want to put it down. It is a great comedy romance book. I caught myself laughing out loud then rewinding it and listening to it again to laugh again. I like how the story is told from the view of each character and the fact that it has a male and female narrator made it more fun. This is a chick lit but a fun laugh out loud romance. Worth the credit and I will be telling my book buddies about it.
"Eh.... It was ok."
I dont know what it was but it felt like something was missing in the connection between the two characters. Most romances you read you feel that spark connection when you read the book. I didnt get it. It passed the time but I sure wouldn't read it again or claim it as one of my top fave of Nora Roberts books.
"The narrator makes the book."
I liked all three of the Victoria Dahl books but this one was the best. Jane and Chase made a great lust story. The narrator makes the book. I was shocked to hear her voice and looked at the name listed as narrator then compair her to the narrator to the Virgin River Series by Robyn Carr. They are one and the same only under different names. So if you enjoy the narrator give Robyn Carr a listen you will also enjoy her books.
"Joe comes through again."
Another great book by Joe Hill. I actually felt compassion and sorrow for Ig and pure hate for Lee. It is a love story but with a twist. I love the way Joe tells a story. The end was kind of tied up with a bow but I couldnt imagine any other way of ending this book.
"A must read."
Catching fire starts a blaze from the beginning. I couldnt wait to download it and wished it never ended. The second book was even better then the first. Suzanne you are brilliant and I am sure you will not let us down in the final book. I want more more more.
"Why haven't you download this book yet!!!!!!!!"
Hands down one of the best books I have ever listened to. Any audible junkie like myself knows the narrator(s)can make or brake how one enjoys a book. This gets my highest marks. The story was very well written but the narrators made this book captivating. Many of my friends are hard core book readers. I begged them to download this book just to immerse themselves in the story and feel the characters. I promise anyone who reads this review that you will NOT feel your money was wasted. I will never look at a Chocolate pie the same way again. Ok now what are you waiting for.......download it!!!!!
"The worst I have ever listened to"
Terrible, awful, can't believe I finished it. I deserve a medal for listening. The narrator made it worse. Please don't waste your money or credits.
"Best Megan Hart book so far"
I have enjoyed every Megan Hart book I have read but this one hands down was my favorite. It can be labled as a paranormal romance as well. I loved the development of the story transitioning from past to present. I wish the ending would have found the miracle I was looking for in the book but what is a romance without loss.
"Couldn't put it down"
I am ready for the next book Charlaine. My brain is aching to know what happens next. There was never a slow point in the book. However, a few holes here and there. I got so involved in the book I was staring at my Ipod when the narrator said "The End". I thought NO WAY!!!!! I love the whole series. I really love the relationship between Eric and Sookie.
"UGH!!!"
Not one of Showalters best.
