John Puller Junior continues to amaze you throughout the story which is laced with mystery, humor, action and an ending to the case. I really loved the way this story was narrated.
John Puller Junior when he shows how much he wants to help the underdog while at the same time trying to solve his aunts murder, despite the fact that the police list her death as natural.
When he impressed the officer at Naval Intellagence with his steadfastness when the officer tries to call him on the mat.
I was especailly moved when he called the general for help and she said "Call Me Julie!"
Yes due to the fact that from the very first, the characters are introduced and as the story progresses each feeling is described.
When Trent discovered he was a man of the west with specific values that he would fight for.
Trent, because he had enough forsight to realize that just being a fast gun wasn't enough. He knew the true gun fighter should stay in the background.
I have not read the print version, but it couldn't get much better than the audio edition.
