Mark Sullivan, the co-author of James Patterson’s Private Games, has, in Robin Monarch, created a compelling new hero. Monarch is a world-class thief and a highly skilled operative - a man with skills, a rigid code of honor, powerful friends and implacable enemies. In Escape Artist, Monarch’s abilities - and his nerve - are both tested when he takes on an impossible mission to stop an assassination plot that’s about to unfold, when all anyone knows for certain is the target.

Would you listen to Outlaw again? Why?

I would absolutely listen to Outlaw again for many reasons, first of which it grabs your attention and holds on to it drawing you into the story deeper and deeper. There never is a time when you get bored with the fine details of the whole story.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Outlaw?

When Robin jumps the 15 feet from the sea wall to the ocean and starts to tow his wounded ex-comrade to shore.

    Which scene was your favorite?

When Monarch realized his gun was jammed and he had to rescue the Secretary of State with an axe that he was unfamiliar with.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When the cherry bomb was thrown at Monarchs face.

Her business associate Thomas Argeneau has some interesting traits, like an allergic reaction to the sun, excellent night vision, and not much of an appetite for food. And to top it all off, he just tried to bite her neck...but maybe that was a sign of passion. If so, she'd be happy to experience more, despite her determination not to mix business with pleasure. He's been waiting forever for a woman like her...

Anna Moder has just witnessed a shooting, seen her car pulverized, and rescued a wounded stranger - only to discover he's really a werewolf. And by her recent standards, things are actually looking up. Lycanthropes don't faze Anna. Doctoring a wolf pack outside Grundy, Alaska, is the closest thing to home life she's known in years. But hitching a ride to Anchorage with long-absent pack member Caleb Graham - that's a risk. Part of her itches to whack his nose with a newspaper. The rest is trying unsuccessfully to keep her own paws off every delicious inch of him.

Would you listen to The Chance again? Why?

Yes because it is so well written. From the way this installment is written to it's end, it makes a clear assessment of falling in love, into the initial stages of Alsheimers. In 2000 my mother began to display the same symptons as the doctor, so I knew exactly what they were going through.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Eric because he had overcome so many hurdles and would always be a decent working guy.

Have you listened to any of Therese Plummer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to many of Therese Plummer's other performances, and as usual, they are always a treat

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, but I had to cut it to two sittings.
