"ONE OF THE VERY BEST!!"
This story has humor in the way that the "Love Doctor" pulls his little brother into McKay Security International. Adventure with Bryn when she tries to see her sister and it has a hook at the end with its unusual ending.
The closest book I can compare this to is the "Prey Eat Love". Both books show the angst in complicated relationshiips.
No I haven't listened to P. J. Ochlan before but I look forward to listening to him again. He really brings the characters to life with his shadings and voice inflextions.
DON'T CRY WOLF . . TO A VAMPIRE!
"THE BEST BOOK I'VE READ THIS YEAR!!"
Entertaining, Imaginable and Fantastically mind blowing!
My favorite character is Simon because he tries so hard to just not care about humans.
This is the first book I've listened too by Alexandra Harris and and I have to say she does a fantastic job giving the characters a way to leap up and out of the story.
When the Human Liason was delivering mail to the vampires.
"THIS IS THE NEWEST WINNER IN CHIVALRY AND ROMANCE!"
Yes, I have read every book on the breed by Lara Adrian and I have never been disappointed. It seems she just keeps getting better and better to the point I can hardly wait for the next in the series.I
Edger of Dawn might be closely compared to Darker after Midnight in that Dragos forces the warriors to come forward in order to protect "The Order" and Mankind.
Hillary Huber does a fantastic job with her performance every time. Using only the nuance of her voice and the spacing the characters each came alive.
"THINGS DON'T ALWAYS GET BETTER!!!"
I think they're about the same and I was disappointed in both. Neith one is near a good as the firsts book
White wolf
Hard time getting through this book
"Watch out for Jenna! # She is a Queen of a Woman!!"
This is the start of a new series and one I'll possibly never forget. I had the smug attitude of the Alpha to the flippancy of Morgan, not to mention all the multitude of talants Jenna brought into the mix. I CAN HARDLY WAIT FOR MOVE VOLUMES OF THIS SERIES TO COME OUT!!!!!!!!
The part I liked best about this story was where it initially started out with the tribe alpha, who was so full of hisself , discovering that this half-blood named Jenna had the power to reign him in. Not with just her mystical powers, but with her courage, her tenderness and her insatiable way of connecting with others.
My favorite scene was when Jenna discovered she was in love with the alpha.while floating in vapor form over the jungle.
When it was discovered that Jenna wasn't just the Alpha's mate, but her races queen. When she could close her eyes and tell where every member of her tribe were located!
"TIES TO HOME ARE ALWAYS THE BEST!"
"After Tex" ranks right up in the top 10 books I've listened to so far
I don't believe I've ever read a comparable book to After Texk, because of te ways it touches the heart and shows just how very much the values we grow up with assist us through life.
Small town roots are alway wiwth you no matter the direction life drives us.
"WATCH OUT FOR THOSE WOMEN!!"
YES - YES AND YES, I do really love the "Night Prowler" Series and I do recommend this audiobook to a friend because it kept your attention form the first word to the last of the book. I can hardly wait for the next book to come out.
My favorite character was "Zander" because true to character, he looses his temper and then can't quite figure out how to get his foot out of his mouth.I
Loved the performance by Angela Dawe.
This book made me laugh a lot .
"TOP MARKS FOR THE VERY BEST"
This is my favorite of the Argeneau series. The story was fantastic with all the little bits that when put together make for one entertaining story. It lays the ground work for who Lucern Argeaneau is and how complex e really is.
"GREEN EYES AND ATTITUDE! WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?"
I've been an Argeneau fan for a long time (Books 1 thru 18), so what's not to like. I definately would recommend ths took if you looking for a story that hold your interest. It has humor, romance and intrigue.
"The Reluctant Vampire" compares somewhat with the same person, Paula Christensen, performaning in both stories. The characters had life and were less mechanical.
My favorite scene was when Anders told Valerie how he felt.
I tried to listen to this book all in one sitting, it was so arresting in interest.
"BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU RILE ONE OF THE BREED!"
When I was growin up, we had the AM radio with the weekly radio series. Whether it was
"Sky King", "Straight Arrow", "The Shadow" or "The Inner Sanctum", every week for a time we could loose ourselves in the stories. As I listen to one of the Night Breed stories, I have the same since of enjoyment. That's why I would recommend this audiobook to anyone
Andreau Rankin never stopped his love of the woman of his dreams, but ran away in an attempt to protect her, from what? This series is a favorite of mine and never fails to deliver fantastic adventure. Hillary Huber brings these stories to life with her superb performance and as always delivers a top shelf job.
I definately recommend this book and if you've not read them before, start at book one, because this will give you more insight into the utter humanity of each of the characters.
"NEVER COME IN WITH WIDE EYED INNOCENCE!"
This book definately was a paranormal romance book with shifters, super sexy alpha males, kick-butt action, intrigue and behind the scenes politics. It had sex, humor, sex, lots of one liners and sex. Oh yes, did I mention the sex. This book is definately not for those who shy away from steamy sex scenes and off color (dirty) talk. It seemed like there was the initial sex scene and than continual sex scenes through most of the book, before the lead characters began to really get down and dirtier. Great narration and great one liners.
It could have used more story to go along with the sex scenes, but over all, it was a fun listen.
