Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, because it's got a strong female character, strong male character and they butt heads. also there is some great sex.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I would have to say Nick, he fought with himself so much and the end of the book what he did for Alexa was romantic.

Have you listened to any of Coleen Marlo’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

She was a little dry at times, but she was still good

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I listen to these books at work and I had to explain so many times why I was laughing! I almost cried a few times.

Three years ago, Bear McKenna’s mother took off for parts unknown with her new boyfriend, leaving Bear to raise his six-year-old brother Tyson, aka the Kid. Somehow they’ve muddled through, but since he’s totally devoted to the Kid, Bear isn’t actually doing much living. With a few exceptions, he’s retreated from the world, and he’s mostly okay with that - until Otter comes home. Otter is Bear’s best friend’s older brother, and as they’ve done for their whole lives, Bear and Otter crash and collide in ways neither expect.

What did you love best about Bear, Otter, and the Kid?

It's not a cheesie romance novel, it is the best romance novel I've read involving two men. Plus, you will laugh your ass off, cry at some point and get mad because you want to slap some of the characters.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Tyson (the Kid) is the best, he is so smart and funny. I laughed more than anything at the crap that came out of his mouth. He's discribed as a vegitarian echo terrorist but the smartest 9 year old you'll ever meet. Loved Loved Loved! Tyson

What about Sean Crisden’s performance did you like?

    Liked his performance.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There was too many, just read it you'll understand

"Gideon Cross came into my life like lightning in the darkness… He was beautiful and brilliant, jagged and white-hot. I was drawn to him as I’d never been to anything or anyone in my life. I craved his touch like a drug, even knowing it would weaken me. I was flawed and damaged, and he opened those cracks in me so easily…Gideon knew. He had demons of his own. And we would become the mirrors that reflected each other’s most private wounds…and desires."

What made the experience of listening to Fifty Shades Freed the most enjoyable?

Well I wasn't fond of the narrator but I pretty much tuned her out and just voided out her voice. I know sounds hard but I ignored her, I loved the story line too much for her to ruin it. If these books come out by a different narrator ppl that bought these vesions should be allowed to upgrade for free.

What other book might you compare Fifty Shades Freed to and why?

At first I thought they were kind of like J.R Wards Blackdagger brotherhood books, but I was WRONG!! This books are one of a kind.

What three words best describe Becca Battoe’s performance?

    tolerable,over doing it,dry

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    YES!
