The only reason I didn't listen in one sitting was when I was asleep I stopped it so I would not lose my place.

This is an author that was suggested to me and I am very glad I tried it. Some books you know how it is going to turn out, but this one you are guessing to the end. So many twists and turns that happen but can be connected. Is a gripping novel that is very satisfactory.

Found this book in a used book store and had never heard of Kate Shugak or the author. Loved the book and then found out it was a series. Made me go looking for all of them. So well written and grabs your attention and holds on. There are so many twists and turns that you don't realize who the killer is. In so many mysteries you can guess who did it, but not in a Stabenow book. I recommend all of her books.

I read most of the Cynster novels in paperback, and now I am rediscovering them on audible and loving them just as much. I love the historical romance with a strong woman as the lead because most of the stories you hear are of the woman being meek. Never in a Laurens novel. This makes it a good book for me because I could not stand it if Honoria gave in and did not assert herself. Devil is so powerful in everything he does but Honoria posses a strong will but does not tame him, she makes him worship her.

I love how she doesn't have time to plan her wedding but still drive the wedding planner crazy. This is a good addition to the series even though it is a shorter story. Nothing seems to go right in their relationship because every case comes between them but Sam and Nick make it work.

I enjoyed this book but all the jumping back and forth from past and present means you need to focus all your attention on this book. It is not something that can be listened to say as you are driving or you will probably get lost both in the book and on the road trying to concentrate on either one. Give it a chance but make sure you have time to dedicate just to the book.

I saw the movie on lifetime and wanted to read the book to find out what they had left out. I am glad I got the book since the movie was good but they did have to leave out quite a few parts. Every Nora Roberts book I have read I have really enjoyed and this one is no different. Having the courage to face her past Tori is someone that shows she is brave and is not letting her past or the people in it control her. Most Nora Roberts books have strong female lead and this one keeps that up.

I had never listened to or read any books by this author and got the book on a recommendation. I am so glad I did. The book was so entertaining and I loved that Jamie could not find her way out of her own home sometimes. When I was little I was always told my name was a males name only and so hearing this in the book was funny. I will be getting other books by Julie Garwood after listening to this book.

Most people complain about the narrator but I was introduced to Anne Flosnick on a different series. I like how she portrays the characters and think that her representation of these books are wonderful. I love this book and even bought 2 copies in paperback because I read them so many times. The women in Amanda Quick books are so progressive for their times and make the books so enjoyable because of the trouble they cause the men in the books. I would recommend any book by Amanda Quick.

All of her heroines are considered on the shelf for the time period and the stories all prove that women are smart and quick thinking. Usually the male of the story is overbearing and butts heads with the star of the book. I love all Amanda Quick novels and wore them out in paperback. Now that I can listen on audible I am really enjoying them again.

This book is no different, Ms Merryweather is considered on the shelf and Lord Angelstone tries to be overbearing in the relationship. She just goes around him and does as she wishes, but the relationship always works out.

I had this on my wish list but a friend was reading it and told me I had to get the book. I am so glad I listened to her. This book is a great read. I cannot wait until the book from Travis's point of view comes out.

This is a series and needs to be read as such, but once you start them you will need to get all 5 books because you can not wait to see what happens. Something always connects them in a murder but in the end they both work to solve the crime.
