This book took me back to that day in history. Like others, I can remember those days clearly and exactly what I was doing. I listened and the tears flowed. It was so interesting to hear the Secret Service side at long last. There were so many stories and rumors. I was glued to the story from start to finish.

I agree with the other reviews. I have read or heard all of this author's books. I thought they were very good until about 3 or 4 books ago. Now they are not worth the time or money. I truly hope she can get back on track as she is a very gifted writer.

This is the first book I have listened by Michael Connelly and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this book. Now I will try the Closers after reading the other reviews.

I have read or listened to all of Patricia Cornwell's books and enjoyed most of them. Isle of Dogs took awhile to get into the humor of it but I even enjoyed it. This one was a bomb. I was listening while on a long car trip. I had saved this for a special trip where I could listen to the whole story uninterrupted. Unfortunately, I had no other stories with me so I listened to the whole thing. It was such a disappointment. I wished that I had heeded the advice of the other reviewers.

I was very disappointed in this book. It does not begin to match the Left Behind series. It was so unbelieveable. It took over an hour or maybe two just to really understand what was going on with the story. I would have cut it off, but I was traveling and didn't have another story with me. I will not purchase any more of this series.
