"Very Good Narration but"
I really enjoyed Dan John Miller's narration but found Theodore Dreiser to be too long-winded for the audiobook format.
"Quite Good"
Enjoyed both the story and the narrator. Hadn't read this since high school and was surprised by how much I still enjoyed it.
"Very Good"
Obviously a wonderful story and narrator Michael Page does a wonderful job with the Carroll's rhythmic prose and whimsical characters.
"Wonderful"
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed The Road. Cormac McCarthy is wonderful at writing suspenseful action scenes and Tom Stechschulte's voice has the necessary gravitas.
"Spectacular"
David Suchet is the perfect narrator and Agatha Christie is never disappointing. Highly recommended.
"Enjoyable"
Ian Fleming's novels lend themselves particularly well to the format of audiobooks. The only criticism I have of this audiobook is that the narrator's Jamaican and Chinese accents weren't particularly accurate and occasionally veered into the realm of caricature. Other than that his reading was excellent.
"Really disliked the narration"
Hard to comment on the book because I was so put off by the narration. The narrator's normal voice was great but all his other voices sounded like a horribly constipated Gollum from the Lord of the Rings movies.
