    Loved this audio book. I listened to it in the car and wanted to keep driving. I was so inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer's words and the way he spoke. He has a way of helping to guide you to where you want to be in your life and how to acheive it. Wonderful

    Where does Practicing Mindfulness: An Introduction to Meditation rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    Loved the Book! It's a book that you will read over & over. Keeps you thinking about the NOW and also that anyone can Meditate. Each lesson was practical and easy to understand, also at times with a bit of humor. Professor Muesse was wonderful. A book everyone should read.
