I liked three or four chapters about the cases, but other chapters go off on to a lot of cut and paste quotes about the industry and they are dull. Could be half as big.Really need a case like Hannibal Lector but I guess that is not really what goes on.
Aspects about Meth addiction, and comment on how doctors withhold treatment when resources are scarce.

This book is not much more than a man with huge Ego and big sense of entitlement, whining about how he is true indie film maker and an ad for his Podcasts. His constant references to his influences, really is a list of who he badly tries to imitate. From George Carlin to Quentin Tarantino, it is more ape like imitation that original thought. It is good that he is against haters of the gay community and champions the rights of the overweight while he slams anyone who has a 9 to 5 job as not being as smart as him. This loud mouth is your worst nightmare to be stuck beside at an airport bar, as he whines about his former boss at Mirimax pictures being a sell out. He thinks he is Bugs Bunny, but the truth is more like Foghorn Leghorn.
This story details how modern medicine was changed by the first antibiotics. A real eye opener especially about child birth infections and battle field surgery. The author details how dangerous and short life was before these drugs came out before world war 2. However, the book is too verbose. The details of some of the research are boring, for example in one point of the book they read off 10 minutes of numbers that were lab sample numbers, I let out a groan half way through that mind numbing detail. I took to pushing the skip 15 seconds ahead button a lot. Really about half this book could be edited out. It has a lot of details about unsuccessful experiments, some people's names and locations that don't real add much to the story.
Nope, enough said.
