Meet Emmy, Leigh, and Adriana. Best friends since college, each is 20-something (okay, almost 30) and has seen her share of career foils and romantic foibles in the world's greatest city: New York. Having been friends for more than a decade, they know that they all need a change, so the trio makes a pact. Within one year, each woman will change the thing that most challenges her.

This was a good listen. The characters were relate-able and reminded you of your best friends. The narrator was great as well.

Sheila Crispin Cook, mother of four young children and nationally renowned glassblower, bites off more than she can chew when she agrees to co-chair a huge benefit concert on Nantucket. Sheila is asked to chair the Nantucket's Children Summer Gala, at least in part because she is the former high-school sweetheart of world-famous rock star Max West.

This book would have been much better if it were half as long. It was an okay story and the narrator was good, but it seemed to drag on and on. That may have been due to the author's habit of using repeating phrases throughout the story. Overall, just an average listen.
