The day for change is today and it's simpler than you realize. Most people sleepwalk through day-to-day life, passively letting time slip away. Unfortunately, the only thing that can usually wake people up to the intensity of life is impending death. But what if it didn't have to be that way? 20,000 Days presents breathtakingly simple strategies and concepts that, once applied, will enable readers to be 100 percent present and intentional with every passing minute of every day for the rest of their lives.

Would you try another book from Robert D. Smith and/or Robert D. Smith?

Sometimes the narrator should not be the author. The pitch and speed of this book is exhausting. I felt like a middle aged man decided that he was tired of not making money and wrote a self help book out of thin air. It was almost like a pep talk from a junior high sports coach. Too quirky and no real substance.

It is a life story that I never cared to hear and regret wasting my brain power listening to.

Would you ever listen to anything by Robert D. Smith again?

    not a chance

What didn’t you like about Robert D. Smith’s performance?

pitch, frequency, too hyper, too self involved. Just a personal narrative as he discovered himself, it was like a diary of a man finding out he was more than half way through life. Very little insight for the reader but I am sure he discovered a lot about himself while writing this book. lol

What character would you cut from 20,000 Days and Counting?

    Robert D Smith
