Private, the world's most renowned investigation firm, has been commissioned to provide security for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Its agents are the smartest, fastest, and most technologically advanced in the world, and 400 of them have been transferred to London to protect more than 10,000 competitors who represent more than 200 countries. The opening ceremony is hours away when Private investigator and single father of twins, Peter Knight, is called to the scene of a ruthless murder: a high-ranking member of the games' organizing committee has been killed.

    Story

So obviously not the same author as the first two books. Weak, unbelievable plot (arch villan who thinks he is one of the "gods"), poorly developed characters, and way too much extraneous detail.

The narration was also one of the worst I've ever had in an audio book. The narrator couldn't do an American accent at all, so Jack was completely stilted and unbelievable. Most of his british characters ended up sounding like soccer fans, and not the educated characters they were supposed to be. He was awful - shouldn't be employed again!!

James should definitely not partner with Mark Sullivan again...this book was not in the same league as every other one I've read. Don't waste your money!

Maddy, Christine, and Amy, friends since college, are thrilled to learn their old suitemate's self-help book, How to Have a Perfect Life, has become a smashing bestseller - until they realize she used them as negative examples of how women let fear mess up their lives. The worst part is…it's sort of true. So, the three friends make a pact: They each have one year to face down their fears - and prove Miss Perfect wrong!

Amateurish attempt at writing...she's a best selling author? I stopped listening after 45 minutes. Even at the reduced price of $4.95, it was a complete waste of money. Don't buy this book.
