Nurse, mom, loved to read....but now I love to listen. When I retire I hope to hear waves crashing in 1 ear and audible in the other!

What made the experience of listening to Eyes Wide Open the most enjoyable?

Grace Grant, I love the way she tells a story.

What did you like best about this story?

It was a nice conclusion to the story although I think there is still more to tell...ethan's history was never discussed

Have you listened to any of Grace Grant and Shane East ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I love Grace Grant and I liked Shane East's narration except for his Brynn.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

    Ethan at Brynn's dad's pool...so sweet.

    Any additional comments?

Lovely trilogy...I hated that it ended.

This listen was ok, lot's of "mounting" and growling. The narrator was good. If you are in the mood for a naughty listen, try it, otherwise there are a lot better paranormal romance stories out there. I probably will not continue on with this series.

It has been eight years since Dr. David Beck’s wife, Elizabeth, was murdered by a serial killer. When Beck receives a message containing a phrase only Elizabeth should know, he is tormented to tears. Either someone is playing a sick joke, or the wife he’s never stopped loving is still alive. I really liked this listen, the narrator was great but the story was familiar. A sinister family, witness protection and a heartbroken man. I bought it on sale otherwise I may have felt I wasted a credit.

Jeremy Stonehart is a cruel, vindictive man. He wants me to submit. He wants me to give in. I will never give in. I will never yield. No matter what he subjects me to, I will always fight. I will not forget my resolve. Let Stonehart think me broken. I am not so easily deterred as that. No matter what he puts me through, I will always remember my own strength. I will always remember that in the end, I have control of the one thing he really wants: My mind.

Oh so good.....I haven't listened to a bad Elder Races. Again this couple comes a very close second to Pia and Dragos and I would love to know more. The story, a little confusing at times so listen closely but very interesting and suspenseful. This is the first Gin and Oracle I have encountered and their story and talents are magical. I love Sophie in this series and would recognize every character she has performed!

Ok, I loved Mystery Man but this one had too many baby, honey, sweetness, my boys and on and on. There was a little action near the end, otherwise no Wild Man that I could find. The narrator was a little annoying this go round, but with all the fluff words I can see why.

With a career, a boyfriend, and a loving family, Piper Kerman barely resembles the reckless young woman who delivered a suitcase of drug money 10 years ago. But that past has caught up with her. Convicted and sentenced to 15 months at the infamous federal correctional facility in Danbury, Connecticut, the well-heeled Smith College alumna is now inmate #11187-424 - one of the millions of women who disappear "down the rabbit hole" of the American penal system.

I got this on sale so I am ok but not worth a credit. It makes Federal Prison look tolerable. There were some funny moments but that's about it. I loved the narrator. I have not watched the tv show but I bet it is much better. It's just Piper's story....

I am loving this story and these characters, this is #2 in the series and I am taking a break before beginning #3. This story is very intense and based on reviews, #3 is the same. It has been an emotional roller coaster to listen to. Just when you think things are getting better for the characters, the bottom falls out and you think you know what is coming! I am not a fan of this narrator, she squeaks, but I am invested in this story and nothing would keep me from finishing.

Marie doesn't need a complication like Horse. The massive, tattooed, badass biker who shows up at her brother's house one afternoon doesn't agree. He wants Marie on his bike and in his bed. Now. But Marie just left her abusive jerk of an ex-husband and she's not looking for a new man. Especially one like Horse - she doesn't know his real name or where he lives, she's ninety percent certain he's a criminal and that the "business" he talks with her brother isn't website design.

Dragos Cuelebre is no longer the only dragon. Dragos’s son Liam Cuelebre (a.k.a. Peanut) is springing into existence, reminiscent of the first of the Elder Races who were born at the beginning of the world. At just six months of age, he has already grown to the size of a large five-year-old boy. He can read, write in complete sentences, and his math skills are off the chart. A white dragon in his Wyr form, Liam also holds more power than almost anyone else.
