"Best Used for Time Management Tool"
This information was amazing, but I feel it should also be marketed as an effective Time Management Tool. I've read and applied at least 5 time management tools--this one is what I consider to be the best.
"Great Story!"
Can't wait till the movie comes out! The story is written so well, you lost yourself in it.
"You Think you know it but you don't"
While I have read many books on the subject, Sharma articulates "Leadership" in a more succinct way--you get a lot for it being such a short read. I'd recommend it to anyone.
"Details and Insight"
While I very much enjoy learning history and true stories that provide insight, this was a great story worthy of a book. However, some of the details drag, but it's still a great story.
"How Malcolm Gladwell Thinks"
I'd read anything about how Malcolm Gladwell processes stuff. In this interview, he tells us how he himself chooses books---I took it to be great advice.
"Excellent Education!"
He articulates concepts I've always wanted to learn in such a way any layman can grasp.
"Best Application I've read in a Long time"
I have already given the hard copy of this book to people as as gift.
It gives you real meat--no rambling, just pure applications to grow one's willpower.
don't think so
it would be a documentary, but "willpower", "will not power"--you put in text everything you want people to remember. (I'm in marketing)
Self growth starts here
"Never an Excuse"
This is the first time I've read an autobiography and disliked the person it was about. Progress or success is NEVER an excuse to treat people badly.
"A Boring Read"
If you've read Malcolm Gladwell's "Blink" or if you've read "Your Brain at Work" by David Rock---you don't need to read or listen to this book. The others tell this story better. This reads like a text book for the 70's.
"Not Coelho's best, but I actually finished it"
To finish a book, I have to be engaged enough. I have began many books with much more interesting topics, but not finish them. Coelho keeps you engaged.
