It's on my relisten list. I enjoyed the world and charactors. I can't wait for other books in this series.
really sad that the next in the series isn't on Audible! I'm hoping that will change soon.
The Animal Magnetism series is a decent series to follow. This was another okay read where the action with the animals pulled me through when the story got slow for the characters. It's not a bad book but for some reason I needed a little more then this and stopped in the beginning to find something else. I came back later. This is sweet and predictable but funny, and the animals always steal the show for me. I want to see who the characters will be for the next book.
I new The Master would be good, but it blew me away on HOW GOOD IT WAS! I liked the Professional, it was different but good. Kresley Cole tried something new and I couldn't wait to see her do more with this series. She rocked me! I loved Maksim and Cat. They were great characters and they had a great story to be told. BTW, Jess made me laugh my ass off, love that chick! The hotness was off the scale and this will be on my re-listen shelf for a while. I can't wait for the next in the Game Maker series. The narrator was excellent! I could not stop listening.
Okay, I will purchase anything Christina Lauren publishes.. It was sweet to get a little taste of Ansel's point of view. So very short. but it's good for a taste, specially if you doing a re-read or re-listen to the series.
I really enjoyed this series, funny banter and characters. The narrator wasn't too bad I actually enjoyed her with this book and got to see more of her character changes through out the book. Too bad this is the last of this series. I think it could have been a lot of fun with more detective stories for these three women. It wasn't great writing but it sure was entertaining to me. I'm really glad I gave it a try, the books are funny, short and sweet. They will be on my re-listen list
Hooked me!!! okay I had some very slight issues but it smoothed out and I really liked Hook Me and Chelle Bliss's writing. I was drawn into the family dynamic's and the alpha male characters, not to mention the sassy sister so I have to check out the series. I started this right after I wasted an 1 1/2 on another book with similar story line and was completely bored.
Read this before but I liked it enough to see how the narrator made the story. The series seems very interesting and I plan on checking it out. It seems that different authors take the same wedding and write different couple's meeting/ coupling at a wedding. I really liked Tessa Bailey and her style and this narrator was hot.
This book surprised me completely. I expected a little humor and some romance, but was drawn into the story and laughed out loud. Shame On You was light, funny, and sexy. It was just what I needed today. After thinking about it later, this book should have had more, and I was expecting a little bit more from a female war hero, but I loved the shenanigans and characters so much I'm trying the rest in the series. The narrator was okay she fit the characters and I was entertained.
Fun, but not as fun as the first book in the Fool Me Once series. A lot of eye roll moments and forced ridiculousness but I was entertained. I still want to continue with the next book. The narrator is okay, she fit the character's.
Pretty great addition to a hot series. But I honestly recommend reading it rather then relaying on the audio to get into this series. Tantor changed narrator's this time but it still was rough getting though, what should be a hot listen. Elizabeth Hart was slightly better then the previous books narrator, she has potential (maybe) but I still had a hard time trying to just get into the story and ignore the irritation
"Grrrrr! Now this could be for the growl or groan I made when I finished 5th Grave Past the Light and have to wait for the next book, (I'm guessing a year) or this grr could stand for the GRRREAT! that Tony the Tiger makes. I loved this book! 5th Grave met and exceeded all of my expectations. It answered questions, made me ask more questions and twisted me all up on the inside. Each book in this series dragged me more into this world and grips me harder and harder. Daryndra Jones has created some great characters and they all impact me, good and bad. From the first time I seen the cover of First Grave on the Right posted and recommended by JR Ward on her website (The White cover with the skull sandals and scythe). I thought hmm this looks interesting. When I read the blurb, a chick named Charely Davidson who happens to be the Grim Reaper, I was sold. I've never been disappointed. I was hooked with the first few chapters. With laughter or heartbreak I've loved this series completely and I recommend to everyone who will listen. I will admit my stomach clenched over the "post-it" note on Charelys door in chapter 9, and my co-works think I'm nuts. I had a few bust out loud with laughter moments today and The GPS app with OZZY as the Voice... All I can say is "Holy Crow! I want that!" The audio book is an awesome way to get into this series. Lorelei King is a great narrator and she does an excellent job with this series.
