yes but only for those who can take extreme tension and who like scary books.
memorable is not a word i would use for cujo. scary is a better word. the scariest moment for me was when cujo got donna's leg and stomach. also when the dog killed the policeman, gary, and joe (whom i found unlikable--but no one deserves what happened to him)
favorite? another inappropriate word. the book is plain scary. maybe when chaity bought joe the chain pull (or what ever you call it) and then made the deal so she could visit her sister.
i know donna should be. but that mean guy joe comes to mind.
it was pretty hard to read it was so tense. i had to read another book at the same time to break up the book. i wanted to hear the whole book...every word but i know i would not have been able to if i had not broken the tension once in a while.
seen the movie and read the book. i do know when i read the book i often skipped pages when it got too scary.
it was a good read.
I HAVE ONLY HEARD THE BOOK.
THE THREE PROTAGONISTS.
ALL WERE DONE VERY WELL.
I LIKED ALL THE DRAMATIC MOMENTS IN THE BOOK. AND I ENJOYED WHEN THE TREE PROTAGONISTS INTERACTED TOGETHER.
EVERY SINGLE BOOK BY LIANE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. I WILL TRY HER NEXT BOOK WITHOUT QUESTION. I WILL READ THIS BOOK AGAIN.
NEVER READ THE WRITTEN BOOK
VERY WELL READ
TRUE CRIME HAS NOT TIDBITS.
IF I COULD GO TO DINNER WITH ANY CHARACTER IT WOULD BE THE CAT MICKY.
MOVIE VERSION BETTER
THE FACT THAT ANDREW GOT OUT.
ABRIDGED VERSION OF MOVIE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTIOON
I READ THIS STORY IN DIFFERENT SEASONS WHEN I COULD READ. THE STORY IS NOT AS GOOD AS THE MOVIE. STEVEN KING MUST WISH HE MADE IT A NOVEL INSTEAD OF A NOVELLA.
NOT PLAIN ENGLISH
I HAD NO FAVE.
IT MUST BE HARD TALKING IN CODE ENGLISH. TOOK A WILE TO FIGURE THINGS OUT.
ALEX'S PARENTS AND ASK THEM WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO HAVE A SON LIKE ALEX THEY WERE AFRAID OF HIM.
IT WOULD BE MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE WITH PLAIN ENGLISH. IT WAS QUITE VIOLENT. I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THESE KIDS WERE SO SADISTIC.
THERE WERE SOME TENSE MOMENTS THAT KEPT ME INTERESTED.
DIFFERENT MOMENTS IN THE STORY. NOT ONE PARTICULAR ONE.
I DON'T KNOW. HE WAS A GOOD READER.
THERE WERE SOME "MYSTERIES" THAT WERE REVEALED TOO SOON. JUST WHEN THEY GOT ME INTERESTED THEY REVEALED WHT THE MYSTERY WAS. STILL I AM NOT SORRY I READ THIS BOOK.
IT IS NOT A BOOK I RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE. BUT YOUNG PEOPLE WOULD LOVE IT. IF YOU LIKE FUTURISTIC STUFF YOU WOULD PROBABLY LIKE IT TOO.
YES I WOULD. BECAUSE I ENJOYED IT. I LIKED THE PLOT, I OFTEN READ BOOKS OVER AND OVER AGAIN IF I LIKE THEM. THIS IS ONE OF THEM.
SISTER CARRIE. I GUESS BECAUSE SHE MADE HER WORLD FOR HERSELF. I ADMIRED BOTH PROTAGONISTS.
YES I LIKED HER READING. CLEAR AND PLEASANT.
IT GAVE ME SATISFACTION. I LIKED THE ENDING VERY MUCH. THE WHOLE BOOK WAS ENGROSSING.
I READ THIS WITH MY SIG OTHER MIKE. WE BOTH LOVED IT.
I NEVER READ PRINT VERSION.
I LIKED THE WAY THE BOOK ENDED. IT JUST ALL TIED TOGETHER.
GOOD READER. I ENJOYED THE BOOK MORE BECAUSE OF HER.
I CAN'T SAY.THEY ALL WERE EQUAL. AND ALL WERE IMPOTANT TO THE BOOK.
THE FIRST 15 CHAPTERS WERE BORING, I WAS READY TO GIVE UP ON THE BOOK BUT I AM GLAD I DIDN'T. IT BEGAN TO PICK UP AND IT WAS A GREAT READ. I WOULD EDIT THOSE CHAPTERS THO IF I WERE THE AUTHOR.
YOUNGER PEOPLE MIGHT. I COULDN'T GET THRU THIS BOOK. I AM GOING TO RETURN IT.
I ALREADY HAVE. I READ ROSEMARY'S BABY, GOOD STORY WELL READ BY MIA FARROW AND KISS BEFORE DYING A VERY BAD BOOK THAT WAS A WASTE.
TOO AWARE OF THE READING...SORRY MORE THAN THREE WORDS.
FRUSTRATION AND BOREDOM.
THIS BOOK MITE APPEAL TO SOME PEOPLE. I DID NOT CARE FOR IT OR THE READING EITHER. IT WAS READ CLEAR BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE VOICE FOR SOME REASON.
I HAVE ONLY READ THE AUDIO VERSION.
MAYBE. I THINK THE STORY WAS INTERESTING. DEPENDS ON THE STORYLINE.
SHE WAS EASY TO LISTEN TO.
TWO DIFFERENT VIEWS
I FOUND SASKIA TO BE A SYPATHETIC CHARACTER AND SHE MADE THE BOOK MOST INTERESTING.
I DON'T KNOW. NEVER READ IT. CAN'T READ ANYMORE.
I DON'T KNOW IF THERE WERE WHAT YOU CALL MEMORABLE MOMENTS IN THIS BOOK. I GUESS WHEN THE QUIRKS IN JOSH'S AND STEVES PERSONALITIES STARTED BEING REVEALED.
THEY READ CRISPLY AND CLEARLY.
I FOUND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT STEVE COULD BE SUCH A WIERDO. JOSH WAS TOO--A VERY ODD FAMILY.
