I've been through so many mediocre books lately that this book was a shining light for me! It was excellently written and the reader did a great job. It did end a bit OTT, but it is, after all science fiction.

I would heartedly recommend this book!

This book is a great listen. Some of the characters/families might be a little over the top, but overall an interesting bunch of people and a gripping series of events. I appreciated the fact that the sex scenes were kept to the minimum (one), as my teenagers also listen to the books and it's always an issue with downloads to find out halfway through the book that the writer threw in some graphic sex scenes (that doesn't even add to the story).

The narrator was very good and the story kept me guessing up to the end. Just as you think you know who the villain is, she throws in a red herring or two. Not a bad buy for your credit.

I can't believe Scott Brick is the narrator as he is usually very good. This time however, he is so over the top and overly dramatic that I simply can't take it anymore. I think this is the first time I'm going to leave a audio book halfway.

The story also doesn't seem to be going anywhere and quite frankly, I don't care what happens to the main character. What's his name again?

I am not a Stephen King fan and not really into sci-fi, but I really liked this one. The narrator did a good job and the story is interesting and clean enough for children to listen to too.

This is a second Da Vinci Code!? The basics are different (Illuminati vs Holy Grail), but the rest is the same. The narrator was a bit OTT and dramatic, which started irritating me and distracted from the book.

Not a waste, but I wished I'd rather spent my credit on something else.

You have to listen to this book with the right attitude - it's entertaining but not a deep serious work of literature and as such it does a great job. It doesn't take itself too seriously and neither should you. At least it's good clean fun and my teenagers could also listen to it (which is a scarce thing).

It could be because the sound quality is terrible, but this book did not make an impression on me. I have just listened to it and can't even remember how it ended. How did they get the sound this bad??

Interesting storyline and excellent narrator. But why on earth is Eve and Roarke's marital problems dragged in here? It has nothing to do with the story and only manages to distract and irritate. If not for that I would have given it a 4 star rating.

Riveting. I couldn't wait to get back to this book. The narrator was one of the best I've heard in a while and he kept my attention. One problem - I'm not sure what to follow this up with that will match up!!

I can't believe a book with such a thought-provoking subject could be so boring! Talk about rambling on and on and on... This book should have been half as short and would have been much better that way.

However, the narrators are good and the idea is brilliant. The religion theme could bother some people.
