"Binchy's Best!"
This was my first Binchy book, read in paperback, and loved just as much in audible. The lives of everyone touched by an evening adult ed class in Italian language and culture, from the students to the instructress to the school principal, are gently intertwined to make a story you won't want to end. I'll listen to this one again. After enjoying many more of her books, it's still my favorite Maeve Binchy book!
"Good story, but..."
Good story, but she should have left out the cheesy sex. It took away from what could have been a very good read.
"Believe the reviews!"
Wish I had. This book was a waste of time. I kept waiting for suspence and drama. I got unrealistic characters (twins who seem like such nice kids, except for their vocabulary and the fact that they can kill someone without any emotion) and a rambling story line that just ends.
"Carnal Innocense"
The story was easy going and kept my interest, the reader was very soothing to listen to, but the author's frequent use of the "f" word spoiled this book for me.
