If you're like most people, you think that your choices and behaviors are driven by your individual personal tastes and opinions. You wear a certain jacket because you like the way it looks. You picked a particular career because you found it interesting. The notion that our choices are driven by our own personal thoughts and opinions is patently obvious. Right? Wrong. Without our realizing it, other people's behavior has a huge influence on everything we do at every moment of our lives, from the mundane to the momentous occasion.

    Nathan says: "Confused and Disappointed"
    "Awesome principles for any leader."

Well narrated. Well written. Very interesting studies and stories. Very helpful for leaders. Jonah Berger delivers. This was a good book but Jonahs book, "Contagious " is more groundbreaking!

    Story

    Good narrator.

Very actionable advice, Cameron doesn't spend much time pontificating about theories and principles they way some authors do. He tells you what he has seen work.

There are lots of lists and other helpful tools to grow your company.

I found the section on hiring to be very helpful as he goes deep into how to build the best team possible.

Scott Adams has likely failed at more things than anyone you’ve ever met or anyone you’ve even heard of. So how did he go from hapless office worker and serial failure to the creator of Dilbert, one of the world’s most famous syndicated comic strips, in just a few years? In How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big, Adams shares the strategy he has used since he was a teen to invite failure in, to embrace it, then pick its pocket.

Scott Adams writes with a fun and easily understood tone. This book was fantastic for talking about somewhat obvious rules for success and breaking them down in a way that anyone can understand. Very good read and or listen!
