This book provides a very interesting and perhaps correct insight into why people make the choices they do and the "why" that should be at the heart of successful organizations.
This Alan Watts collection is so great that I've listened to it three times, unlike any other audio book I have. Sure, he tells the same joke or story more than once and his fawning description of the Japanese tea ceremony was dull but Alan more than makes up for that with brilliant content delivered with incredible wit.
