The book focuses mostly on social interactions and how we can gain knowledge, share this knowledge and develop our thinking skills just as we can develop our physical skills.
The book seems a bit incomplete for it's title. I expected some exercises for analytic thinking, for creativity, even meditation and so on, because the title led me to believe that it covers more topics related to thinking.
Overall it's a good book and I recommend it.
I enjoyed listening to this audio book and it sums up a lot of modern psychology ideas with examples. I came to notice some of the biases in the people around me and also some of my own. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to get a bit closer to "reality".
Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman is a really good book for that covers some of the same issues as this one, but in a more elaborate way.
