This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

For a young adult book the adventure and action was exciting; however, the performance of the audio book was beyond awful! Halfway through I couldn't take it any more and deleted it from my ipod. I picked up the book in hard copy from the library to finish the story. I would not purchase any titles by that narrator again.

Rick Riordan’s first book in the Tres Navarre series, Big Red Tequila hit the mystery market like a Texas tornado. Readers couldn’t get enough of its hero’s offbeat combination of academic degrees, tai chi skills, and nose for danger. When the second adventure, Widower’s TwoStep, was published, it quickly earned an Edgar Award.

Richard Delman says: "Middling, meandering, dated."

As a huge fan of rick riordan I was very disappointed with this tres Navarre series. Aweful story telling only made worse by the performance.

Romance was not part of Nora Grey's plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgment. But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure whom to trust.

The only thing worse than the terrible story was the horrifically terrible narration. The narration could only be worse if they used the dunce at an ESL school.
