"Review from a guy"
Pretty much everything disappoints. Bad plotting (I do not know ANY women who would put up with a guy who, before even dating, scolds them for getting drunk), tired characters, and too much coincidence.
Doubtful.
It was ok.
Umm, all of them?
I read this primarily to see how a successful book of the genre dealt with the women's perspective of falling for the 'bad boy'. As uncomfortable as it was, I did get a view, albeit extremely formulaic (I was hoping for a fresh and new take).
