When her brother was arrested for murder, the ton shut its doors to Marietta Winters. No one would help her save him from the gallows - no one but Gabriel Noble. In exchange for taking the case, Gabriel requests three favors from the desperate young beauty, and Marietta has no other choice but to make a deal with the sinfully handsome devil. Searching for clues in the rough underbelly of London, Marietta must masquerade as a shamelessly wanton wench - much to Gabriel's delight. But Marietta swears to herself that her passionate moans are just for show.

When I first came to romance novels I started with Regency. This one is better than most. I will admit the loves scenes could have been better written but this book had something more than the regular Regency Romance. I suggest if you are thinking about trying this book give it a whirl. It's a fun book with something more.

This is the second time I've "read" this book. The first time I was in high school and I read the book because I liked the movie. The second time was just this year and it was just as good as I remembered. There is something terrifying about taking something so sweet and innocent as a clown and turning it evil. This book had just enough past and present to make you really want to scream and root just for the good guys.

I have been following this series since the beginning. I have been rooting for Blay and Quinn for quite sometime. I spent have the book yelling in my head at the characters and the rest laughing. I don't want to say that the book was funny because it wasn't. It was just the giggling little girl thing. I loved this book and if you like this series you will love this book. my only question is... What happens next.

Chloe Marin was lucky. She was just a teenager when a party at a Florida beachside mansion turned into a savage killing spree and she was one of the few to survive. Bloody handwriting on the walls pointed to a cult whose rituals included human sacrifice. Chloe’s sketch of one of the killers linked two dead cult members found in the Everglades to the massacre, closing the case as far as the cops are concerned.

I read this book because I like the author. This is one of her books that once you get into it you will never want to put it down. I suggest this book for anyone who likes creepy books that have a twist. This is not horror just mystery. I will admit that with the twists and turns of this book even I couldn't figure it out until the end.

The stories in Simon Rich's new book, The Last Girlfriend on Earth, are bizarre, funny, and yet...relatable. Rich explores love's many complications - losing it, finding it, breaking it, and making it - and turns the ordinary into the absurd. With razor-sharp humor, and just in time for Valentine's Day, the story “Eureka” takes listeners for an exhilarating, hilarious ride on the rollercoaster of love.

I read this in highschool, (not because I had to). It was such a good story I decided to read it again. I have also seen all the movies for this book. It was written as a play so it was meant to be acted out. This is a really good love story.

Many consider this rich social commentary to be Jane Austen's finest novel. It is certainly among her more famous ones. Austen sets her entertaining study of manners and misconceptions against the backdrop of a class-conscious society in 18th-century England.

I have read this book more times than I can count. I have read the spin off of Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies, I have seen all the moves based off of it and I own one of them. I have this book in paperback, on my kindle and in audio. I can not stress enough this is my favorite book of all time. There is just something about a strong woman in a time where women were property and a man that admires and loves that she is strong. This is a book if you like true romantic stories read this book.

I read the first book and then I really wanted to read the second one. Once the one was done I had to know what happened next. This one pulls you in just like the last. You love and hate the characters. You just know something is going to happen. I don't want to spoil the book for anyone who hasn't read it but trust me it is worth the time.

In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

Would you listen to The Hunger Games again? Why?

I have to admit I will listen to this book more than once. There was so much hype about that movie that I had to see it. Once I did everyone started saying I should read the book. I had tried to read it and I couldn't get past the first few pages. I then decided I would get the audiobook because I could listen to it while I was on breaks and lunches.
Once this book got going it was so good. I fell into the book and I found that it and I found that it had so much more detail and plot then the movie. I fell in love with the characters all over again. They were so much deeper and stronger. You really root for them in this book and you want them to win and get out alive. You understand the terror better and the motivations of the characters better. Definitely read the book.
