I wasent sure about this book, not my normal cozy mystery. But it's a really nice change. I thought I was into the series more then book one, because she wasent talking about her past. But it is. That was nice too though, normally a lot of time is wasted on the story of there past and how they got to where they our now. I like it!
The narrator is very good to, that can be very important in an audio book.

This story was disappointing because it did not talk enough about her vintage kitchen business. The first one was way better and I don't know if i'll move on to # 3

When adoptee Lucille Jones comes to town researching her roots, Betsy Devonshire notices that she bears a remarkable resemblance to local Jan Henderson. Betsy introduces the look-alikes and they quickly hit it off. But then Jan's wealthy great-aunt is found dead, helped to her grave by a stiff metal wire --a double-zero knitting needle, in fact. Just like the kind Jan knits with.

I have almost all of these books from Monica Ferris.I was very disappointed that the narrator was different. I believe she did narrate one other of her books and I did not think to check who the narrator was on this book. I don't think I wont to keep this one. I'm having a hard time staying with it.

This wasent my typical mystery to read. I love the cozy, crafty mystery series, I have so many of. But I was happy to find out that this book, even being serious, was still cozy. Set in the small town in Canada . All the description of the beautiful trees and land out there started making me feel like I was actually there in the mist of all this country. The caracters were believable and understated. Very nice surprise it was. I will read more of this series.
