I have enjoyed every book in the series. For me, each story took my interest from the beginning and kept it until the end. It's nice to come home after work and look forward to plugging in the iPod and escaping to Virgin River.
Close to end......and I am thinking "WILL THIS EVER END?"....Seems to just drag on & on.
I do not get the high reviews. At this point in the book, I don't care who killed her or if she's still alive!
I am almost through the book, and it cannot be quick enough. Too many explicit words used through the book. Just does not seem to have much of a story. Just not for me...
A friend who had read this book, recommended it to me. I really liked it. You will too, if you like Sandra Brown's work.
Loved the Virgin River Series. I usually love anything by Robyn Carr & Therese Plummer. BUT....just did not keep my interest. Guess you can only listen to the same ole story lines & charactors so long. It kills me to post this review. Just my 2 cents.
Could not wait to turn on the IPod & listen. Was afraid it might be too sad, but it wasn't. Good listen if you like Linda Howard books. ~Enjoy~
I like books narrated by Tanya Eby. I like Romances. And easy listening at night before bed. This one fit all those requirements. Not the best I've listened to, but pretty much kept my attention.
I really liked this story. Heartwarming. I have to agree with another reviewer that this suits one that is older. A great story for a 50-something gal like me! Enjoy the surprise ending Ladies, but don't missed anything inbetween!
Could not get past the fact that with the Narrator's voice for the Heroine, sounded just like Dustin Hoffman's voice in the movie Tootsie!
With that being said, I liked it "ok".
My first listen of a book by Tina Reber. Enjoyed very much! Romance at it's best. An easy romance with great interaction between the charactors. Also listened to "Love Unrehearsed", the 2nd book in the series. Equally as good!
....You won't be disappointed - Try these 2 books, if you like Romance.....
Well worth a couple of credits.
Hope more is added from Tina Reber.
Have started Part 2 now. If I do not put in my 2 cents, before the end of the book...I will go on to the next book and forget it. So, I felt compelled to say right now, that I really like this book! Storyline is good and has kept me very interested.
Try it, you'll like it.
