"A thriller less than thrilling"
I can't recommend this one. The stupidity of the characters (both the good guys and the bad guys) is absolutely incredible. Nancy Drew would run circles around them.
Written a more realistic plot. The characters consistently return to the scene of previous carnage/horror, they act impulsively without any prior recon or thought of back-up. I could give you more examples, but I don't want to reveal too many details, in case there are folks out there who still want to read this one.
Dick Hill's narration was the bright spot in this stodgy work. His voice characterizations are distinctive, and I think that his performance of Swamp Morgan is what endeared this character to me, despite the crass folly of his actions, especially at the end of the plot.
Absolutely not.
I'm sad that I wasted my treasured monthly credit on this dud.
